Grace Estate Law, a boutique estate law practice now located in the scenic Hall Park of Frisco, Texas, is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our thriving, woman-owned law firm. We are not your father's estate planning practice. We’ve built a reputation for providing legal services with “Grace”, competence, integrity, and modern technology. Now, we are looking for a confident estate planning attorney to play a pivotal role in our next chapter of growth.

Clients know our hours are 8:30 am to 5 pm, and we work from home on Fridays. Our office is now located in Hall Park, Frisco, Texas, complete with scenic walking trails, a nearby park, gym facilities, and fine dining within walking distance.

  This isn't just a “job.” You will manage and grow client relationships with the full backing of our established brand and resources. We have deep roots in the local estate planning and probate community. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between the services we offer our current network and the additional services they need.
• Sophisticated Practice:
  This role goes beyond basic wills. You will lead complex tax strategies, business succession planning, and asset protection for high-net-worth families. You will also have the backing and support of a team of attorneys with extensive probate and guardianship litigation experience.

• Competitive Base: $150,000 – $175,000+ (plus performance-based incentives for your book of business).
