Family Law Attorney – Litigation

Family Law Attorney – 2–6 Years – Connecticut – Hybrid

We're looking for a seasoned family law attorney with courtroom experience in contested matters and a strong track record. Connecticut bar admission in good standing is required.

• Real family law experience—courtroom time, contested matters, and actual responsibility
• Two strong years counts, or five if relocating
• Connecticut bar admission in good standing

• Serve as primary attorney on contested and negotiated divorce, custody, and other family law matters
• Exercise independent judgment with experienced colleagues available for guidance
• Draft and argue motions, appear in court, and counsel clients directly
• Practice without administrative friction eating your best hours

• 1,400 annual billable hours
• No rainmaking requirement (origination credit when it happens)
• Hybrid – work from home, in office, or both

• Minimum of two strong years in family law practice, or five if relocating
• Active Connecticut bar admission in good standing
• Experience in courtroom, contested matters, and a proven ability to manage family law cases independently
