The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax and estate planning, with a focus on advising high‑net‑worth international families and their businesses.

• Advise on international tax matters and cross‑border planning strategies.
• Develop sophisticated estate planning and tax‑efficient restructuring solutions.
• Manage complex international planning matters independently.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas.
• Provide practical, business‑oriented advice to clients.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax and estate planning.
• Strong technical, professional, and client service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and develop creative solutions.
• Member in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Experience with foreign grantor and non‑grantor trust planning.
• Knowledge of international income tax matters, including CFCs and PFICs.
• Experience in tax‑efficient ownership and restructuring of businesses.
• Understanding of U.S. real estate investments by non‑U.S. persons.
