A law firm seeks a Private Client Trusts & Estates Associate with 3 to 4 years of experience to join their expanding practice in West Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate will have experience in high net worth trust and estate planning and administration, with knowledge of relevant state and federal tax laws.

• Assist in trust and estate planning and administration for high net worth clients.
• Advise on succession planning and lifetime giving strategies.
• Address estate and income taxation issues.
• Develop tax-efficient family wealth transfer strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive client service.

• 3-4 years of experience in estate planning and trust administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent technical and client service skills.
• Connecticut bar admission in good standing, or willingness to become admitted.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Connecticut bar admission.

• Proficiency in estate planning and administration.
• Knowledge of state and federal tax laws.
• Strong advocacy and collaboration skills.
