Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of litigation experience to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self‑driven, and comfortable managing a caseload independently in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as needed (virtual and occasional in‑person)
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members
- Meet billing and case management expectations
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in [State(s)]
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience (defense experience preferred)
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote setting
- Experience in one or more of the firm’s practice areas is a plus
