Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 3‑5 years of experience to join their team in Bloomington, IL. The attorney will manage a docket of employment injury cases, working under the supervision of a partner and handling all aspects of litigation.

• Manage litigation cases from investigation to trial and post-trial work.
• Conduct client meetings and maintain client contact.
• Engage in motion practice and discovery processes.
• Collaborate with a dedicated paralegal for case management.
• Participate in the firm’s community and philanthropic activities.

• 3‑5 years of litigation and trial experience.
• Proven hearing/trial industrial commission experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Strong research and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Doctorate (Preferred)

Illinois State Bar License (Required)
