Skepsis Legal is seeking an experienced, highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Paralegal to join our dynamic team and supportive community. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage complex litigation matters across multiple cases simultaneously, serving as the central point of coordination to drive deadlines, workflows, communications, and case strategy execution. • Legal Research and Analysis
• Document Drafting
• Case Management
• Coordinate Communication Between Parties
• Turn Attorney Directives into Actionable Plans

• Associate's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited program
• 4+ years of experience working as a litigation paralegal
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proactive case management skills
• Pass a background check
• Have a valid driver’s license and means of transportation to and from the office and off-site meetings (within Kootenai, Spokane, and Bonner counties)
• Provide your own computer, high-speed internet connection, and any accessories for performing daily work
• Be tech-savvy and enjoy learning new software and systems through experimentation and research
• In-person attendance at weekly team meetings on Tuesday morning in Hayden

• Hybrid position; work from home most days
