Hybrid - Criminal Defense Attorney

We are searching for a Hybrid Criminal Defense Attorney to join our team based in Gilbert / Chandler, Arizona. This position will involve working on criminal defense cases, with a focus on misdemeanors and some felonies. The role will include a mix of in-office (2 days a week) and remote work, with a company-provided car for commuting to hearings and appearances.

This is a permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity for those with a background in criminal law.

• Handling defense cases, primarily misdemeanors and occasionally felonies.
• Utilizing Case Management Software to maintain and manage client information and case details.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including briefs and other court‑related documents.
• Leveraging skills in Criminal Law to devise strong defense strategies.
• Using Adobe Acrobat for document management and organization.
• Handling complaints and resolving them efficiently and professionally.
• Working both in-office and remotely, demonstrating adaptability and efficient time management.
• Using 3M for efficient document handling and management.

• Licensed attorney eligible to practice law in Arizona.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in criminal law. Prior criminal prosecution or defense experience is acceptable.
• Experience with Case Management Software and Document Management is expected.
• Familiarity with Conveyancer software is desirable.
• Ability to draft, review, and manage legal briefings.
• Demonstrated skills in Complaint Handling.
• Expertise in Criminal Law is a prerequisite for this role.
