The ideal candidate will possess a J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Florida license. The role includes conducting legal research, drafting various legal documents, and ensuring compliance with public hearings and governance. This hybrid position offers flexibility to work from home and emphasizes high-quality detail-oriented work.
Qualifications- Active Florida license or eligibility for prompt admission to The Florida Bar.
- Preference for top‑15% class ranking and rigorous law program.
- Ability to synthesize legal findings into concise writing.
- Conduct rigorous legal research on statutes and regulations.
- Draft and review contracts and legal opinions.
- Support public hearings and board governance questions.
- Assist with negotiations and dispute resolution.
