In this counsel‑level role, you will support employer‑side clients on administrative agency and employment‑related matters from initial review through resolution.
- Managing assigned administrative agency charges and attorney demand matters from investigation through conclusion
- Drafting clear, persuasive position statements
- Responding to agency requests for information and related inquiries
- Communicating directly with clients and agency representatives throughout each matter
- Representing clients in remote mediations and settlement discussions
- Utilizing the firm's data‑driven technology platform and specialized workflows to ensure efficiency and high‑quality service
- Collaborating with a national team of experienced labor & employment attorneys
- This role does not involve courtroom litigation or business generation.
- Has 6+ years of labor & employment law experience
- Familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges
- Is self‑sufficient, proactive, and comfortable managing deadlines
- Excels in written work and enjoys analytical L&E problem‑solving
- Wants a sustainable, flexible role with high‑quality work
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in your state of residence (required)
- Minimum 6 years of labor & employment experience
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
