In this counsel‑level role, you will support employer‑side clients on administrative agency and employment‑related matters from initial review through resolution.

• Managing assigned administrative agency charges and attorney demand matters from investigation through conclusion
• Drafting clear, persuasive position statements
• Responding to agency requests for information and related inquiries
• Communicating directly with clients and agency representatives throughout each matter
• Representing clients in remote mediations and settlement discussions
• Utilizing the firm's data‑driven technology platform and specialized workflows to ensure efficiency and high‑quality service
• Collaborating with a national team of experienced labor & employment attorneys
• This role does not involve courtroom litigation or business generation.

• Has 6+ years of labor & employment law experience
• Familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges
• Is self‑sufficient, proactive, and comfortable managing deadlines
• Excels in written work and enjoys analytical L&E problem‑solving
• Wants a sustainable, flexible role with high‑quality work

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in your state of residence (required)
• Minimum 6 years of labor & employment experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
