Commercial Litigation Senior Counsel; California ; REMOTE

Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Senior Counsel with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling all phases of complex commercial litigation, including factual investigations, discovery, pleadings, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and client communications. Experience in both state and federal court is strongly preferred, with additional exposure to administrative proceedings and arbitration considered a plus.

Candidates must be based in California and hold an active California bar license. This role will support attorneys within the firm's Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
