Position:
Immigration Attorney (Remote)

• Location: Remote (must work on EST hours; travel required 2–4 times/month)
• Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 + performance-based bonuses

Who We’re Looking For:

Our client is seeking an experienced immigration attorney with:

• 5–10 years of immigration law experience (including federal litigation, family-based petitions, humanitarian petitions, and removal defense).
• A track record of tenure and reliability, not job-hopping.
• Someone mature, motivated, and ready to grow with a mission-aligned firm.
• The ability to handle a steady caseload with quality over quantity.

This is a federal practice, so candidates do not need to be licensed in New York. Must be able to work on Eastern Time regardless of location.

• No billable hours model — instead, a manageable expectation of 30+ cases per week, with flexibility to handle more if desired.
• Remote position, with required travel 2–4 times per month for hearings and trials.
• Emphasis on accuracy and efficiency — quality of work is as important as output.

Compensation:

• Fee structure available for any cases you originate
• Performance-based bonus tied to weekly case output (minimum 10 per week) and error rate
• Demonstrates long-term commitment in previous roles
