General Litigation Attorney

About the Role:

We are currently hiring a General Litigation Attorney for a full-time remote position with a reputable law firm serving clients across California. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to handle a broad range of litigation matters while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of general civil litigation matters from start to finish
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients
• Represent clients in remote court proceedings, mediations, and depositions
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 2–10+ years of general litigation experience
