Overview

A nationally recognized law firm, celebrated for its excellence in Labor & Employment law and its commitment to client advocacy, is seeking an accomplished Labor & Employment Attorney to join its fully remote team. Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and represent clients in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, and labor relations.
  • Manage all aspects of litigation and administrative proceedings, from initial case assessment through discovery, motion practice, hearings, and resolution.
  • Counsel clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, workplace policies, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, and workplace policies.
  • Stay current on legal developments in labor and employment law, proactively advising clients on emerging risks and best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a remote environment, contributing to a collegial and knowledge-sharing culture.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of dedicated labor & employment law experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex cases and client relationships.
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
  • Licensed to practice law in California, Illinois, Washington, Colorado, or Georgia.
  • Prior remote work experience or demonstrated ability to thrive in a virtual team environment is preferred.
