LITIGATION ATTORNEY
This is a full-time hybrid Litigation Attorney role based in Warren, NJ (Somerset County) with some flexibility for work from home. Seeking 1-8 years’ experience for 35 attorney law firm. DiFrancesco, Bateman, Kunzman, Davis, Lehrer & Flaum, P.C. is a well-established New Jersey law firm with a respected reputation built over more than 100 years; we recently celebrated our 100th anniversary in 2017!
The position covers the following practice areas:
- Insurance defense
- Commercial litigation
- Civil litigation
- Municipal prosecution
- Municipal court
We are looking for an attorney who is interested in all aspects of litigation, including taking depositions, court appearances and conducting trials.
