Contract Attorney – Family Law & Estate Litigation
Location
:
Fully remote – licensed Washington attorneys may work from anywhere in the United States.
- Family law (dissolution, custody, DVPO, child support)
- Estate litigation (TEDRA, will contests, guardianship/conservatorship)
- Real estate and business litigation
$50–$250 per hour depending on experience. Independent contractor (1099). Flexible schedule and immediate caseload available.
Requirements- Active Washington State Bar Association license in good standing (required)
- 2+ years of Washington family law or estate litigation experience (preferred)
- Strong legal writing and research skills
