About the Role
Fragomen’s Business Immigration Analyst position offers an opportunity to make an immediate impact on our business while receiving training, ongoing development, and long‑term growth opportunities. You will help clients navigate the complex world of global immigration, provide world‑class client service, and leverage technology solutions to support immigration matters.
Responsibilities- Prepare and file immigration petitions with government agencies, including gathering, reviewing, drafting, and filing documents.
- Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts, providing timely and clear responses regarding case status and general inquiries.
- Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines, report case progress, status, and escalations to supervisors.
- Compile and summarize data within case‑management systems for reporting to clients, managers, and the team.
- Support team and individual productivity goals, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
- Follow firm standards and policies to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory, operational, and client compliance, including Data Privacy protocols and accurate use of Connect.
- Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, Paralegal certification, or experience in a customer‑facing or client‑service‑oriented role.
- Client‑service mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with competing demands.
- Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and escalated issues to supervisors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of proofreading documents and drafting fluent prose.
- Experience using MS Word and Excel.
- Desire to contribute to a positive work environment, collaborate effectively, and promote teamwork.
