Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Trademark and Copyright Associate with 3-4 years of experience to join their team in Boston, MA. The role involves working on domestic and global trademark prosecution, strategy, and enforcement, with flexibility to consider locations in New York or Connecticut.
Duties- Manage domestic and global trademark prosecution and strategy.
- Handle trademark disputes and online investigations.
- Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements.
- Conduct IP due diligence for corporate transactions.
- Represent clients in TTAB disputes.
- 3-4 years of intellectual property experience in private practice.
- Excellent organizational and technical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven problem‑solving skills and client service orientation.
- Bar admission in good standing in the practicing jurisdiction.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume practice.
- Team‑oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to think creatively to achieve client goals.
Hybrid in‑office/remote work schedule for flexibility.
