• Manage domestic and global trademark prosecution and strategy.
• Handle trademark disputes and online investigations.
• Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements.
• Conduct IP due diligence for corporate transactions.
• Represent clients in TTAB disputes.

• 3-4 years of intellectual property experience in private practice.
• Excellent organizational and technical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and client service orientation.
• Bar admission in good standing in the practicing jurisdiction.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume practice.
• Team‑oriented with a collaborative approach.
• Ability to think creatively to achieve client goals.
