About the Company
Prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced business immigration paralegal to join their global immigration team on a contract basis. Great firm culture and very dynamic team. This is a temp to perm role. May convert after 90 days! Must live in New York!
About the RoleLooking for at least 3 years of business immigration experience. Mostly remote work schedule. May have to go to office once in a while.
Responsibilities- Analyze case documents and prepare visa and work permit applications for filing with the appropriate foreign government agency.
- Draft applications and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits.
- At least 3 years of business immigration experience.
- US business immigration experience or global mobility (immigration) experience
- Familiarity with visa classification and immigration benefits.
