Overview
We are seeking a talented Labor & Employment Associate with 3–5+ years of employment litigation experience to join a highly respected, nationally recognized firm. This is a unique opportunity to handle meaningful, complex work while enjoying the flexibility of a remote role.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
What You’ll Do- Represent clients in employment litigation matters, including trials, summary judgment, depositions, motions, and mediations.
- Provide strategic advice and counseling in labor & employment matters.
- Work with a diverse client base, including businesses and public agencies.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
- Licensed to practice in California
. - 3–5+ years of employment litigation experience.
- Strong advocacy and writing skills.
- Transactional/advisory experience in labor & employment and/or familiarity with public agency employers is a plus.
Remote flexibility – work from anywhere in California, with some travel for court and client meetings.
Competitive compensation – expected range $127,500 – $185,000
, based on experience.
