Clark Hill is seeking an Immigration Attorney with 6+ years of experience to join our Washington D.C. office. Ideal candidates will have strong employment-based immigration experience including H-1
Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, E’s, O-1s, L-1s, and TN’s along with a willingness to work on all types of business immigration matters. Candidates must have an active bar membership in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction).
This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely two days per week.
