Job OverviewA law firm seeks a full-time Litigation Attorney specializing in Insurance Coverage for its Marlton, NJ office. The position requires over five years of experience in handling insurance coverage matters, including defending insurance companies in first-party lawsuits and analyzing commercial and homeowners' policies.
Duties- Defend insurance companies in first-party lawsuits.
- Analyze insurance coverage, including commercial and homeowners' policies.
- Conduct depositions and handle arbitrations and/or trials.
- Counsel clients on insurance litigation matters.
- Admitted to practice in NJ; admission in PA is a plus.
- Experience in insurance litigation and coverage analysis.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
- Excellent research and writing abilities.
- Proficiency in handling arbitrations and trials.
- Hybrid work schedule with remote work options.
