Associate (m/w/d) – Digital, Data & Tech / Intellectual Property

At our offices in Berlin, Munich, and Mannheim, we are always seeking dedicated individuals to join our teams in the areas of Tech, Digital & Data, and Intellectual Property. Your Responsibilities:

• Providing advice on IT, data and copyright law, as well as trademarks,design, and competition law — including GDPR/data transfers and select AI, blockchain, and digital projects.
• Supporting our clients in contract negotiations and in dispute resolution.
• From the start, you will actively participate in client matters, attend consultation meetings, and gradually take on more responsibility.

Your Profile:

• Passed the first and second state bar exams with above-average results.
• Enthusiasm for digital topics and innovation.
• Initial professional experience or internships in IT/IP law are a plus, but not required.
• Very good English skills (spoken and written).
• Team spirit, initiative, and a passion for practice-oriented client work.
• Openness to digital tools and AI-supported applications, as well as an interest in the use of modern technologies in everyday legal practice.
