Associate Attorney Personal Injury Litigation

We are a fast-paced plaintiff’s personal injury law firm dedicated to aggressively representing injured clients throughout Texas. Our litigation department handles a high-volume docket with a collaborative team environment and strong support staff.

We are seeking a Full Time or Part Time attorney to primarily handle Zoom depositions, with occasional court appearances in Hidalgo County and virtual hearings in other Texas counties.

• Attend plaintiff/defendant Zoom depositions
• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and corporate representatives
• Attend occasional hearings in Hidalgo County or remotely throughout Texas
• Review case files prior to depositions and hearings
• Work closely with litigation staff and attorneys on case strategy
• Handle motion hearings, scheduling conferences, and related appearances as needed
• Maintain professional communication with opposing counsel and clients

Hybrid remote in Edinburg, TX 78539

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
• Litigation experience preferred, especially personal injury
• Comfortable handling depositions independently
• Strong courtroom and communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and appear prepared with minimal supervision
• Experience with Texas Rules of Civil Procedure preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
