** Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Utah
** 1–3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in litigation or collections## Qualifications
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Strong negotiation skills and excellent verbal and written communication
* Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and legal document management systems
* Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and work as a team player
* Familiarity with consumer collections and regulatory compliance is a plus
* Willingness to travel regularly for court appearances across various Utah counties
