The Hartford is seeking a Senior Staff Attorney to litigate workers' compensation cases. This remote opportunity targets candidates with substantial trial experience in Illinois, and ideally Indiana and/or Wisconsin licenses.
The role reports to the Assistant Managing Attorney and requires handling cases from inception through trial. Attorney must hold a Juris Doctorate and be licensed in Illinois, with Indiana/Wisconsin licenses a plus, and have at least five years of WC litigation experience.
