Corporate Immigration Paralegal [HE167] Remote
- This role may be considered fully remote for candidates based in New Jersey or New York.
- Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Starting salary of $80,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus
This is not a back-office paralegal role.

What You’ll DoYou’ll own critical pieces of the case lifecycle and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience:
- Prepare and file H-1B and PERM cases with accuracy and efficiency
- Draft petitions, forms, letters, and supporting documents
- Manage deadlines and keep cases moving proactively
- Communicate directly with clients to collect information and provide updates
- Maintain highly organized, audit-ready case files
- Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure quality and consistency
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t need to be chased.
Core Requirement:- Candidates must have prior experience in a law firm setting supporting employment-based immigration matters. This is the baseline requirement for the role.
- Other employment-based immigration processes (H-1B, I-140, adjustment of status, etc.)
- We are open to reviewing candidates who may not have direct PERM experience, provided they have solid employment-based immigration exposure and demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Starting salary of $80,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Annual discretionary bonus
