Location: This is a primarily on-site opportunity based in Fleming Island, Florida, offering the flexibility for occasional remote work when appropriate while maintaining performance expectations. Relocation assistance may be considered for exceptional candidates.

, candidates must be an active member of The Florida Bar in good standing with 2+ years of family law litigation experience, the ability to independently manage a family law caseload, and strong courtroom, drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Job Description- Independently manage a family law litigation caseload from start to finish.
- Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, alimony, and post-judgment matters.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
- Develop legal strategies tailored to each client's goals.
- Negotiate favorable settlements while preparing every case for litigation when necessary.
- Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the legal process.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to deliver outstanding client service.
- Build trusted client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and compassion.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and support the firm's continued growth.
- Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
- 2+ years of family law litigation experience.
- Ability to independently manage a family law caseload.
- Strong courtroom, litigation, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
- Organized with strong time management skills.
- Professional, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset.
