Location:
Hybrid opportunity for candidates based in the Seattle, WA area. Remote opportunities are available for qualified candidates residing in Washington, Oregon, or Arizona. Candidates must work within the West Coast time zone. California residents are not eligible for this position.
Note:
Candidates must have 3+ years of trademark paralegal experience in a law firm handling both domestic and international trademark prosecution, along with hands‑on experience using Corsearch. West Coast time zone residency is required.

- Manage domestic and international trademark prosecution for a diverse client portfolio.
- Prepare, file, and maintain U.S. and foreign trademark applications, including Madrid Protocol filings.
- Maintain and monitor trademark dockets to ensure timely filings and deadlines.
- Generate trademark portfolio reports and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct trademark searches and research using Corsearch and other databases.
- Communicate directly with clients, attorneys, and foreign associates regarding trademark matters.
- Coordinate ownership changes and related trademark record updates.
- Support attorneys with foreign opposition, cancellation, infringement, and invalidation matters.
- Collaborate across legal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
- Assist with special projects and process improvements as needed.
- 3+ years of trademark paralegal experience.
- Experience handling both domestic and foreign trademark prosecution.
- Law firm experience required.
- Hands‑on experience with Corsearch required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Professional, responsive, and client‑service oriented.
