Job Overview

3+ years of experience in commercial lending and finance.

Strong research, drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Admission in good standing to at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Licensed or willing to become licensed in Michigan.

Ability to meet physical requirements, including prolonged sitting/standing and lifting up to 25 pounds.

J.D. from an accredited law school.

Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
