Corporate Attorney / Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney Needed for Leading Law Firm!

Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 per year

We are a a leading law firm that has been around for decades and employs hundreds of people. We are on the lookout for a talented M&A Attorney / Corporate Lawyer!

As a M&A Lawyer / Debt Finance Associate on our team, we are looking for:

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to OH state bar
• One to three years of experience in finance, corporate, or another related transactional practice preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite in Cincinnati at least 3 days per week
