Litigation Paralegal – Plaintiff Personal Injury Cases – Mass Torts ($90-95K). Fully remote; must live in California.
Requirements- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in civil litigation
- Proficiency in legal research using Lexis Nexis, Westlaw, or other research tools
- Experience working with the Southern California District Courts
- Experience in legal drafting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and organized
- Ability to work fully remote and maintain discipline while doing so
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, courts, etc.
- Legal research
- Prepare pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents
- E‑filing in both state and federal courts
- Assist with trial preparation
- Prepare exhibit binders and work with witnesses
- Daily paralegal duties and perform additional tasks as necessary
