Overview

Stange Law Firm, PC seeks a dynamic, highly motivated attorney to join our family law team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The firm focuses exclusively on family law and is dedicated to helping clients rebuild their lives through divorce, legal separation, paternity actions, estate planning matters, and related issues.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Drafting pleadings, motions, judgments, and orders
• Communicating with attorneys, court personnel, and clients
• Interviewing and preparing witnesses for court
• Ensuring accuracy of all documents prepared
• Appearing in court on assigned cases
• Managing cases from start to finish
• Performing administrative duties as needed
• Conducting legal research on relevant issues

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Indiana (required)
• Family law experience preferred, but not required
• Strong litigation, communication, and organizational skills

Senior Associate

Senior Associate positions are available for attorneys with five (5) or more years of litigation experience.

• Competitive pay: 90,000 – 120,000+ (based on experience)
• Base salary + discretionary bonuses for productivity and profitability
