• Manage Workers' Compensation Claims from Intake Through Resolution: Handle a diverse caseload of workers' compensation matters, providing strategic guidance from initial claim evaluation through settlement, hearing, or appeal.
• Deliver High-Impact Legal Analysis and Case Strategy: Analyze medical records, employment information, statutory requirements, and case law to develop proactive, results-driven defense and litigation strategies.
• Draft and Manage Critical Case Filings: Prepare and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, settlement agreements, and hearing submissions with precision, ensuring alignment with case strategy and client objectives.
• Drive Client Relationships and Practice Growth: Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, insurers, claims professionals, and third-party administrators
