Labor & Employment Counsel
- Fortune 500 Litigation (Remote)

An AM100 labor & employment law firm is hiring a seasoned litigator to join its EPLI team. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity to work on high-stakes matters for Fortune 500 clients-without the burnout. Enjoy reduced hours, zero travel, and a culture that prioritizes excellence and balance. This role is on the alternative track.

Compensation: $150,000 to $240,000

Job Responsibilities

• Take ownership of EPLI cases from intake through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and lead mediations
• Deliver strategic, high-quality legal counsel to sophisticated clients
• Collaborate with a nationally recognized team of L&E litigators
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor
• Minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience (defense side)

• Experience handling EPLI matters and agency claims
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
• Licensed and in good standing in your state of residence!
