The Federal Appeals Firm is seeking licensed attorneys to serve as remote local counsel for federal district court filings in Social Security disability appeals. This contract role offers flexible, case-by-case work and requires admission to federal district courts listed in the jurisdictions section.
You'll collaborate with firm counsel, file notices of appearance, and assist with CM/ECF filings as needed. Compensation is $350 flat fee per case assignment. Remote work only.
