Location: New York
Submer is seeking a Group Legal Counsel (Bilingual English/Spanish) to support a fast-growing, international AI datacenter infrastructure company. This remote role reports to the General Counsel and involves cross-border corporate, commercial, and regulatory work across multiple jurisdictions.
You will draft, translate, and negotiate key contracts, manage corporate governance, and build efficient legal operations while collaborating with executives and outside counsel.
