The Legal Aid Society of San Bernardino (LASSB) has an immediate, full-time opening for a Staff Attorney in our Housing and Disability Advocacy Program (HDAP). The Staff Attorney provides legal representation to clients facing homelessness and disability benefits eligibility, combining SSI/SSDI advocacy with housing-related legal work.
This hybrid role requires in-person client home visits, court appearances, and team collaboration, with some remote work when offsite needs do not require
