Wake County is seeking a Deputy County Attorney - Tax Administration in Raleigh for challenging civil tax work with significant impact on county government. This full-time role reports to Senior Deputy County Attorneys and may be hybrid per department needs.
The candidate will provide superior representation to the Department of Tax Administration, handle tax litigation in state court and before the NC Property Tax Commission, and manage related foreclosures and debt actions.
