Frassetto Law LLP is a nationally recognized defense litigation firm seeking two experienced litigation attorneys with a minimum of ten years of general civil litigation experience in California or eight years of California personal injury/insurance defense experience.
We defend Fortune 100 and 500 companies, retailers, professional sports teams, public entities, schools and universities, and other business organizations throughout Northern, Central, and Southern California.
Applicants must be a licensed member of the State Bar of California, in good standing. Law review experience and/or judicial internship/externship experience are favored. A California driver's license and the ability to attend in-person appearances (e.g., court hearings and trial, depositions, site inspections, and witness interviews) are required.

All candidates should meet the following criteria:
- At least 10 years of general liability or 8 years of personal injury/insurance defense experience in California
- Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills and attention to detail
- Working familiarity with civil discovery statutes and the CCP
- Deposition, Law & Motion, and pre-trial experience
- Availability for periodic day travel to various California jurisdictions for court appearances, site inspections, witness interviews, and depositions
