Remote Appellate Attorney

A well-established civil litigation firm is seeking an experienced Appellate & Litigation Support Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling appellate work while collaborating with trial attorneys on complex insurance-related litigation. What You'll Do:

• Handle appellate matters from briefing through resolution.
• Partner with trial attorneys to provide litigation strategy and trial support.
• Draft appellate briefs, motions, and other legal filings.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis on complex legal issues.
• Attend trials and hearings as needed to support litigation teams.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience with insurance-related litigation, appellate work, or complex civil litigation preferred.
