Supporting global revenue transactions, the full-time remote Contracts Negotiator will manage the contract administration and negotiation process, review and draft various commercial agreements, and provide legal support to revenue and procurement teams.
Key responsibilities- Review, negotiate, and draft a wide range of commercial agreements in accordance with company guidelines
- Recommend negotiation strategies and assist with the development of internal policies and guidelines related to contract management
- Monitor the legal inbox, triage incoming requests, and support legal and compliance tasks/projects as needed
- 5+ years of experience managing a large volume of commercial contracts
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- Strong interest in commercial transactions and the cybersecurity industry
- Experience with contract lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Office suite
- Proven organizational and analytical skills with strong drafting abilities
