Pride Staff is assisting a West Palm Beach law firm with their immediate opening for a Bankruptcy Paralegal to join their expanding consumer bankruptcy division. The firm will consider hybrid or remote arrangements for candidates who can provide excellent remote work references! Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year, DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain all bankruptcy case files.
- Collect and manage client documentation.
- Prepare petitions and amended petitions.
- Draft motions, correspondence, and affidavits.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients, trustees, and the court.
- Maintain effective, professional communication with clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the attorney.
Job Requirements
- Experience:
Minimum of one year of experience as a bankruptcy paralegal. - Specialized Requirement:
Must have specific experience with Florida bankruptcy procedures. - Skills:
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage a large caseload. - Professional Traits: A sense of urgency, strong work ethic and a track record of dependable employment.
- Language:
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Work Location
This position is based in the office; however, the firm will consider hybrid or remote arrangements for candidates who can provide excellent remote work references.
