Smith Osburn Cross is a Fort Worth insurance defense firm seeking a litigation associate who wants to actually try cases. This 100% remote position requires residing in Texas and involves travel for court appearances, depositions, and mediations mainly in the Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston areas.
You will manage your own cases from intake through resolution, take and defend depositions, and prepare for and try cases with increasing responsibilities as you become more proficient.
