  • Deadline Management: Ensure all court and county deadlines are met, responding promptly to inquiries and minimizing corrections.
  • Document Handling: Maintain organized case files and manage documentation using Clio and Dropbox.

  • Technical Proficiency: Clio experience is strongly preferred, though similar legal case management system experience may be considered. Dropbox experience is helpful but trainable.
  • Communication

    Skills:

Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to clearly communicate with clients over long probate timelines and explain technical legal concepts professionally.
  • Organizational

    Skills:

Exceptional organization and detail orientation, managing long-duration legal matters effectively. Strong math skills and numerical accuracy are essential for preparing and reconciling probate accountings.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

Ability to work independently while integrating as a proactive and communicative team player.
Why you should work here:
  • Meaningful Impact: Contribute to a firm that prioritizes long-term client relationships and significant legal outcomes.
  • Collaborative Culture: Work in a team-oriented environment that values integration of global team members through regular communication.
  • Process Innovation: Support the firm’s transition into Clio Stages by helping maintain organized workflows, accurate matter tracking, and a smoother client experience throughout the probate process.
  • Long-Term Growth: Join a growing practice with opportunities for personal and professional development alongside an expanding department.
  • Competitive Compensation: Starting from $1,500/month, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates.
  • Remote Work: Fully remote position with alignment to U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
  • Direct Engagement: Work as a direct international contractor with streamlined payments and no third-party agency involvement.
  • Integrated Technology: Utilize leading legal tools such as Clio and Dropbox to manage workflow efficiently.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join Frame & Frame as a Probate Paralegal, where your expertise and dedication will make a profound difference for our clients and team. If you are ready to take on a pivotal role in a collaborative and esteemed legal environment, we invite you to apply and become part of our legacy of excellence and care.
