A well-regarded regional litigation firm with a sizable attorney roster across multiple offices. The firm has a longstanding insurance coverage and defense practice, a reputation for strong mentorship, and a track record of giving attorneys meaningful responsibility early in their careers. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants substantive, client-facing work with real ownership over matters early on.

Logistics

• Fully remote position
• Candidates must reside in a state where the firm maintains an office
• Full-time preferred; qualified part-time candidates will also be considered

You’ll primarily represent insurance carriers in coverage matters, including policy analysis, coverage opinions, and related litigation such as declaratory judgment actions. Specific subject‑matter experience within commercial or transportation-related lines is a plus but not required.

• Analyze policy language and provide coverage opinions across a range of exposures
• Litigate coverage disputes and declaratory judgment actions
• Communicate directly with insurer clients and manage matters independently
• Collaborate with a team of experienced coverage attorneys on complex matters
• Take ownership of research, drafting, and case strategy

• Several years of insurance coverage experience
• Active bar admission in one or more states in the region
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a caseload independently
• Comfort working remotely while staying connected to a collaborative team
