Coinbase is seeking a Senior Counsel, Shareholder Litigation to lead the defense of securities class actions and derivative suits on the Litigation team. You will shape strategy from pleadings through resolution and advise senior leadership and the board on litigation risk.
This in-house role requires deep Delaware Chancery Court experience, PSLRA familiarity, and a proven ability to manage outside counsel and complex disputes with an eye toward business outcomes.
