+ 5+ years of business, commercial, or complex civil litigation experience. + Experience managing cases from inception through resolution. + Strong motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearance experience. + Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff. + Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills. + Active California Bar membership in good standing. Requirements - At least 5 years of hands-on civil litigation experience in a law firm or similar legal environment.

- Active attorney license in good standing required.

- Demonstrated ability to manage litigation matters independently from intake through conclusion.

- Strong experience drafting motions, briefs, pleadings, and other substantive legal documents.

- Proven background handling depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation tasks.

- Solid knowledge of discovery procedures, litigation deadlines, and courtroom practices.

- Excellent written advocacy, legal analysis, and case management skills.
