• Handle Complex Labor Law Matters: Take point on complex Labor Law matters (§§ 200, 240(1), 241(6)) whilst leading strategy discussions, trial preparation and Associate mentorship
• Perform Strategic Legal Research - Analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support the development of effective, well-informed litigation strategies.
• Draft and Manage Litigation Documents - Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
• Contribute to Client Development Efforts - Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.

• Base Salary up to $180K Base
• Performance Related Bonus
