Our attorneys handle sophisticated civil defense matters for national and Fortune 500 clients across a broad range of litigation, with opportunities to work in practice areas including general liability, product liability, catastrophic injury, premises liability, employment, environmental, automotive warranty, habitability, construction defect, professional liability, class action, life sciences, technology, and other complex litigation.
At Segal McCambridge, you'll receive meaningful responsibility from day one, including:
- Drafting pleadings and motions
- Managing discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Court appearances
- Working directly with experienced trial attorneys on complex, high-exposure cases
We're looking for attorneys who:
- Are licensed to practice in California
- Have 1–10 years of civil defense litigation experience
- Possess strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Enjoy collaborating while taking ownership of their work
Compensation:$115,000–$200,000, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with employer match, medical, dental, vision, paid time off, parental leave, professional development, and more.
